At your visit, one of our certified veterinary technicians will get your pet checked in by taking some preliminary vitals (heart rate, respiration rate and temperature) and will obtain a complete history. Then one of our doctors will perform a complete head-to-tail exam. After a thorough exam, the doctor will discuss her findings with you and formulate a diagnostic and treatment plan.
If you have any previous medical history on your pet, please bring it with you when you come to our clinic. This helps us formulate a treatment plan tailored to your pet's special needs. Please, let us know everything about your pet that you think is important. Our doctors and staff are here to listen to your concerns about your pet.
We work closely with a team of board-certified veterinary specialists at WestVet in Boise, Idaho. In certain circumstances, our doctors will consult with, or possibly refer you to a specialist so your pet is ensured the best treatment.

We prefer scheduled appointments. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We do take walk-in appointments. They are seen on a first come first serve basis, unless your pet is experiencing an emergency, life-threatening situation.
Emergencies are accepted during office hours. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency. There may be urgent care charges.

So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
